The operation manual consists of the responsible person structure, management system, promotion system, monitoring and evaluation system, and reporting of performance results to senior executives, the board of directors and/or subcommittees, including guidelines for stakeholder management according to the criteria
Reviewing and preparing a long-term master plan for social and environmental responsibility in the CSR in Process process has elements and content consistent with the principles or standards of CSR in Process that are generally accepted, such as ISO 26000 standards, including long-term direction, objectives, policies/goals, outputs, outcomes, strategies, main goals, details of the analysis of internal and external factors in all 4 areas, the linkage and consistency between the vision, strategies, and long-term goals with the establishment objectives and missions.
To have policies, operational manuals, long-term master plans and annual action plans on good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility in process (CSR in Process) for stakeholder management, with essential components that are of quality and complete according to accepted standards, namely the OECD framework, ISO 26000 standards and standards for evaluating work processes and management according to the State Enterprise Performance Evaluation System of the State Enterprise Policy Office.
