Who is TRCD?
TRC is the first institute in Thailand that provides consulting and training services in the area of systematic development of customer service in the country since 2006. It is a result of the collaboration of international customer service experts with more than 18 years of experience to share their knowledge to the public until now.
- 1. There is a model used to develop a customer service system called the SEA Model (Service Excellence Avenue).
- 2. There are more than 9 books on service development excellence distributed in leading bookstores nationwide.
- 3. There are more than 600 articles on service development excellence.
- 4. Developing personnel to have attitudes and skills in customer service according to international standards of more than 1,000 leading organizations.
- 5. Provide service to customers with care and create a good impression on them.
- 6. There are training courses that are used to develop comprehensive customer service skills and can be adapted to suit the type of business.
